Totally in love with these two covers from the Self Service Magazine no. 38 Spring/Summer 2013 issue. The one above is featuring beautiful Bo Don in black, I think, Alexander Wang leather top/bustier (a lot of bustiers for the moment). And underneath, the one and only Anja Rubik. Absolutely one of my favorite super models of all times. Love her timeless and cool look. The covers are photographed by cool Collier Schorr, who said this about the covers: ‘A red lip is like a leather jacket, or a high heel: it says that someone is not afraid to be looked at.’ Pretty cool dude.

This is such a beautiful editorial with model Pau Bertolini by Alique photgraphed for the December 2012 issue of Vogue Netherlands. I like the delicate vibe and the simple styling with the boyish haircut, the red lips and the nude/apricot coloured nails.

I love a simple make-up for a everyday use. It doesn’t neccessary have to involve painted eyes, like with mascara, but just a bit rouge, a nice lip-colour and you have wearable look. Although for a more painted look, I would definitely go with the two looks above that Harper’s Bazaar UK Beatuy has created. Love the bronze and blushed cheeks with a messy hair and big messy eye-brows. Love to wear some red lipstick for the fall as well, it is so effect-full and beautiful! Goes very well with all the dark and rich colours you usually have in your fall closet as well.

When I see this picture all I want to do is dress in chunky black knits, die my hair even more blond and get myself a really nice red lipstick. How cool isn’t Anja Rubik in Self Service Magazine?
