I’ve got huge cravings for jewellery at the moment, especially Repossi‘s beautiful ones. This simple necklace in 18k gold, a cable chain necklace, would hang around my neck everyday if I would be luckily enough to get my hands on it.
These golden rings from Nicolas Ghesquière for Balenciaga are haunting me….badly. I bet am not the only one dreaming of them. I have spotted them in several web shops but they intend to sell out, well, quite immediately. Damn it. Will probably always regret not getting them along with this thin necklace from the very same collection of his.
The Céline slippers are seen everywhere – in editorials so to speak. In Russh Magazine Spring 2013 Julia Nobis is styled by Gillian Wilkins in the talked-about shoe. I picked out some pictures from the spread above and I just love the last look – a white Stella McCartney S/S13 dress styled with delicate gold jewelry and of course, the gold embellished slippers from Céline. The editorial is photographed by Benny Horne.
The it-rings of Spring 2013 are definitely the Balenciaga ones in gold… It feels like I have posted them a million times before but every time a see them, in editorials, covers etc. I just find them so perfect. They are the definite statement rings and I wouldn’t mind having them all. Unfortunately I haven’t seen them on any website yet, nor the Balenciaga website.
Golden jewellery are on my mind for the moment. Wouldn’t mind these bracelets above from Pierre Hardy or the Noemi Klein pieces. The ‘Branch’ ring is gorgeous and absolutely a piece to wear for an everyday use. The ‘Shrimp Fang’ hoop earrings are super cool as well. I am not sure where to find them in store but I know that Farfetch has them (best website ever). The cuffs from Pierre Hardy are also available at Farfetch.
Here is a little gift guide for some fashionistas! For the fashionable jet setter: Del Toro ‘New York’ slippers in light grey suede, a Smythson note book called ‘Brunch Lunch Suppers Dinners’, a Balenciaga travel luggage bag, a croco embossed cosmetic bag from Alexander Wang, the most goregous shoulder bag right now – from Céline, a pair of hippie stylish sunglasses from Victoria Beckham, a camera from Edelweiss and some fragrences – these ones comes from Byredo and Grace.
For the golden girl: A golden choker from Chloé, set of gold-tone rings from Maison Martin Margiela, a sheer blouse from Acne, a golden jersey from Stella McCartney, a lovely reptile clutch from The Row, a YSL clutch called ‘Belle de Jour’ (with the old monogram), a super duper lovely fringe bag in metallic from Givenchy and a pleated skirt in creme from Giambattista Valli.
The french jeweler Dinh Van makes the most amazing minimalistic aesthetic pieces and there is no exeception for spring 2013. These golden earrings are truly fabolous and will be available in Dinh Van stores in April nex year. The semicircle shape is representing the half of a bull’s-eye which create a subtle and very chic shape on the ear.
…I must say that these golden rings from the Balenciaga Spring 2013 collection is to die for! True love. See more details right here.
How amazing is this necklace from Rosantica? So amazing! It will be a killer to all the Christmas-cocktail dresses and New Years’ outfits. Go and get it here.
I am all about chunky bohemian and chic jewellry when I am going out. For an everyday use I like wearing more subtle and simple pieces but for dressing up I love wearing statement jewellery like my Lara Bohinc earrings. So when I found these beauties above, from the Australian brand Mezi, I fell head over heels in love. I wouldn’t mind wearing all of the rings, at once (!) since I love a chunky knuckle and mixing rings together. From their AW12 collection I found some earrings as well… Love the idea of styling them with simple pieces to create a focus around the jewellery. You’ll find them here.
