The W bag

Louis Vuitton W bag outfit

For this summer, Louis Vuitton will release a new handbag model, which will be available in selected LV-boutiques around the world. The new model called W is created from the skin of different textures and colors with the shape that resembles the letter. Some of the bags variations are decorated canvas Monogram, velvety and embroidery on leather, inspired by the art of tapestry. The lining of the bag is made of fine suede. Inside the W, which strongly holds form, despite the softness of the material. Above you can see the burgundy one, without Monogram (the ones with it are pretty cool as well). The shape and size of the W bag makes it a great travel companion, and if I had to board somewhere I would definitely do it chic with the following wish-things: Rick Owens ’Crater’ python jacket, Acne striped ‘Maurice’ skirt, Vanessa Bruno ribbed racer-back tank, Lindsey Adelman Rib-necklace, Roger Vivier Prismick shoulder bag, Nicholas Kirkwood mesh and suede slingbacks, Alaïa burgundy studded suede sandals, Byredo perfume travel case and a couple of magazines from Fantastic Man and The Gentlewoman, that you can find here.

Sophie x Weekday

Sophie Bille Brahe x Weekday Collection

Danish Sophie Bille Brahe’s Spring and Summer jewelry collection for Weekday is now out called ‘Ensemble’. This is her second collaboration with the Swedish jeans and retail store, following up the AW12 collection. All the pieces are made from sterling silver and there are some amazing rings as well as a super cool cuff that I would like to grab my hands on (not on the picture). The rings are amazing and you can combine them in several ways. I dig the fact that she has made the entire collection in thin sterling silver which will make the pieces long laster.

Spring update

White spring closet - Valentino clutch, Linda Farrow glasses, Balenciaga perfume, Sophie Bille Brahe earrings, Alaïa skirt, Salvatore Ferragamo boots, L'Wren Scott dress and jardin des Orangers pulloverI want to update my closet for spring with white, gold and luxurious materials. Above I have gathered some pieces that I wouldn’t mind moving into my closet immediately. The rings

S Moda April 2013 Anja Rubik by Eric Guillemain white shirt These golden rings from Nicolas Ghesquière for Balenciaga are haunting me….badly! I bet am not the only one dreaming of them. I have spotted them in several web shops but they intend to sell out, well, quite immediately. Damn it. Christina Jervey

Christina Jervey ringsI am always looking for delicate and unique jewelry and nothing is more exciting to discover new designers that I haven’t seen anything about yet. Christina Jervey is an American jewelry designer making pieces in sterling silver, 14 karat gold and 14 karat gold plate all made un the U.S. She designs and creates all the jewelry herself and her line features organic designs inspired by nature. I love the simplicity of the jewelry yet a slight bohemian touch. I am absolutely in love with her gold rings, both the thin delicate ones as well as the stack rings. Above you see some of my fav thin gold rings from her line: ‘V ring’, ‘Love Knot ring’ (so beautiful) and ‘Serpent ring’. Underneath: ‘Bamboo Stack rings’ and ‘Wavy Bands Gold rings’. I need those stack rings… Love them all! You can find them here.

Prabal Gurung

Could it be any better? Don’t think so. I love army green and my heart skipped a beat when I saw the color not only in the wool and cotton military inspired jackets but also in the beautiful silk and satin dresses. Mixing black, gold and army green is just such an elegant and cool combination, and Prabal Gurung does it beautifully.
