ATP-shoes

The shoes I want to wear for this Spring comes from All Tomorrow’s Parties. The woman behind the brand is a friend of mine who makes these beautiful sandals handmade in Italy. I had the pleasure of wearing them last summer and I literally lived in my python strap sandals. This season, I you’ll definitely see me in their pointy flats. Another favorite is the slip-in sandal called Rosa, both the black one and python sandal are true beauties…. I am not the only one addicted to them, blogger Columbine Smille has been seen in ATP several times (pics above from Columbine). You can find ATP Atelier’s shoes hereAtp-atelier

Birkenstock

Kate Moss in White BirkenstockI have been thinking of Birkenstock sandals for weeks! I can’t stop thinking about them, but everytime I have walked in to a store, I have just been hesitating. I mean, they are so ugly they are cool, and sure, ever since Céline showed their pieces they have been hot stuff. When I walked home a week ago in East Village I spotted a girl wearing the in white and they were so cool. So I might go with a white pair, especially since I have a pair of Marni sandals that are almost the same in black… The one above, that Kate are wearing are the classics, but I might go with the ones underneath – I like the cross-over and they don’t have as much ‘hospital’ vibe as the other ones…

Self Service Magazine’s ‘Daily Obsessions’ are on my mind for the moment. Shoes, bags and accessories – a perfect mixture of the things that give you cravings. From the top: sandals by Valentino, white clutch from Alexandre Vauthier and bangles from Hermès. The snapshots are taken by Columbine Goldsmith and Nickolas Lorieux.

Zara

Zara has got a super nice collection in stores for the moment. Although, I am more fond of their online shop than their actual store. I really dig their website especially since their way of exposing the pieces are truly inspiring. However, I browse around on their site just recent and I found this sleeve-less jumpsuit, paired with a flat pair of pointy pumps (or very low height at least…). Such an effortless and timeless look – very The Row and the Olsen twins-ish. You can find both the jumpsuit and the shoes here.

On my mind

Natalia Vodianova by Alasdair McLellan for WSJ Magazine June 2013-1

My current obsession is a pair of white pumps, especially know for the summer. I spotted super cool Carine Roitfeld in a pair during the fashion weeks, which she of course looked great in. Anyway I dig the way Natalia Vodianova is styled above, with a chunky knit and a silky negligé – and of course a pair of white pumps. Gorgeous Natalia is captured by Alasdair McLellan for WSJ Magazine June 2013. Underneath you can see two pair from the brand Gianvito Rossi, that has the most comfortable shoes! You can find them here and here.
